Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex electrical networks
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Lead weekend project teams and coordinate with subcontractors when required
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain detailed work documentation
- Respond to emergency service calls during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of journey-level electrical experience with weekend shift background
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- Proven expertise in commercial/industrial electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and weekend availability flexibility
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
