Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise project execution
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex electrical circuits
- Ensure full compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend project assignments
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of licensed electrician experience
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician certification required
- OSHA 30-hour construction training certification
