As a Weekend Electrician, you'll install, maintain, and optimize electrical systems across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise installations
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and Chicago electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and team members for seamless execution
- Conduct safety inspections and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Provide exceptional client communication and technical guidance
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong knowledge of Chicago municipal electrical codes
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
