Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems per NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver installations on tight weekend timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with property owners
- Maintain organized job sites and complete detailed service reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience with weekend shift preference
- Valid Minnesota Electrician Journeyman license or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, voltage testers, cable locators)
- Strong understanding of NFPA 70E and arc flash safety standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in dynamic environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
