Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Massachusetts electrical codes

- Mentor junior technicians during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (journeyman or master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in troubleshooting, wiring, and system design
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
