Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Install, repair, and maintain lighting systems, wiring, outlets, and electrical fixtures.
- Adhere to all local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) safety standards and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical work.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify hazards or inefficiencies.
- Communicate effectively with property managers and clients regarding project status and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in North Carolina (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Valid NC Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required.
