Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Lead weekend project teams for emergency and scheduled services
- Maintain detailed service documentation and client communications
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrician experience (California C-10 license required)
- Proven expertise in residential, industrial, and commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in weekend-only shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Experience with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- Exceptional time management and client service abilities
