Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex electrical networks
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver timely solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure team compliance with standards
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master license required
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Dallas metro
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts with weekday flexibility)
