Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of weekend assignments
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention protocols
- Manage inventory and requisition materials for weekend projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with weekend shift scheduling and flexibility
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools: multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit tracers
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay building codes and permitting processes
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
