Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Install lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and switchgear according to local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics accurately.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Diagnose complex electrical faults and provide efficient solutions to clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, including OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and occasional holidays.
- Tools: Reliable transportation and own basic hand tools (company provides power tools).
- License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of NEC codes, low voltage systems, and electrical theory.
- Personality: Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and customer-service oriented.
