Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues efficiently under time constraints.
- Adhere strictly to all local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding job progress and technical details.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices on the weekend crew when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on electrical experience in the field.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).
