Responsibilities
- Performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Ensuring all work strictly complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Assisting senior electricians with complex troubleshooting and system upgrades.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment efficiently.
- Documenting work completed and reporting any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated beginners.
- Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive safety mindset.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications upon hiring.
