Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and crew leads to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License (required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical work.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) as required by schedule.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
