Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair on commercial and residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Respond to emergency service calls during weekend shifts with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Document all work orders, materials used, and time spent accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical work.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and electrical theory.
- Proficient in the use of multimeters, ammeters, and other testing equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
