Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, and control equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure 100% OSHA and NFPA compliance in all installations
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical outages
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Document all work using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Master Electrician license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in PLC systems and industrial automation
- Proven emergency response troubleshooting abilities
- Strong diagnostic skills for high-voltage systems
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
