Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Lead weekend shift teams during critical maintenance windows
- Document all work performed with detailed service reports
- Collaborate with project managers for seamless workflow integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic skills with multi-meter and oscilloscope
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday shifts)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
