Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with Florida Electrical Code (FEC) and OSHA standards
- Diagnose complex electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate project timelines and material requirements for weekend assignments
- Maintain detailed service documentation and client communication logs
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems and VFDs
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, clamp meters, and oscilloscopes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Fluent English with Spanish communication a plus
