Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Minnesota electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend project teams with safety-first protocols

Qualifications
- Minnesota State Journeyman Electrician license required
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
