Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend projects
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain clean work sites
- Respond to emergency calls during weekend on-call rotations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (Master Electrician preferred)
- Valid Minnesota electrical license and journeyperson certification
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification
- Strong diagnostic skills with multi-meter and testing equipment
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
