Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for wiring layouts
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and building codes
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work performed and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math aptitude for measurements and calculations
- Commitment to weekend availability (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to pursue electrician apprenticeship
