Responsibilities
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Assist in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and property managers to understand their electrical needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Equipment Handling: Operate and handle various electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment accurately.
- Wiring & Connections: Help install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior electricians and apprentices to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to read basic instructions.
