Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and lighting systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and repair wiring issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, outlets, and control systems according to strict safety standards.
- Assist senior technicians with complex electrical tasks, learning best practices in real-time.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities and report any potential hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and drive over past history. Training will be provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and capable of climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of tools and mechanical aptitude is a plus but not mandatory.
