Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend project teams while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to deliver seamless service
- Maintain accurate documentation for all installations and repairs
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with NEC codes and local regulations
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with energy-efficient systems preferred
