Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Florida state electrical codes
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver seamless weekend service
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Proven ability to work independently in unsupervised weekend shifts
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and blueprints
