Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 regulations
- Diagnose faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical outages
- Mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with contractors, property managers, and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (J-10)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex control systems and VFDs
- Proven weekend shift reliability and emergency response experience
- Strong communication skills for client consultations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
