Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors on weekend assignments
- Document work orders and maintain safety inspection records
- Mentor junior electricians during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years commercial electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
