Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute complex installations
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend project teams and coordinate with subcontractors
- Conduct safety inspections and document maintenance reports
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota electrical license (Master/Journeyman)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local codes
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience preferred
