Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for precise execution
- Perform safety inspections and compliance documentation
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate weekend emergency response calls with dispatch team
- Maintain inventory and equipment calibration
- Mentor junior electricians on weekend protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Tennessee State Electrical License (Master/Journeyman)
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters and circuit analyzers
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Experience with smart home and EV charging systems
