Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Perform system diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with project managers and team members for seamless execution
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety-focused solutions
- Train junior technicians on best practices and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license for DC/GA (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with occasional overtime
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
