Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and Michigan electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency weekend service calls for critical clients
- Maintain inventory and order specialized electrical components
- Mentor junior electricians during weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of field experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in residential and commercial electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
