Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC codes and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Collaborate with project managers to meet weekend construction deadlines
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas Electrician Journeyman License required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with 3-phase systems, motor controls, and VFDs
- OSHA 10/30 certification and NFPA 70E training
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Weekend availability and flexibility for on-call emergencies
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
