Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Shadow and support senior technicians during residential and commercial service calls on weekends.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Help with unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks, and replacing basic fixtures under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, answer questions, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools organized, clean, and in working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Transportation: Travel to job sites within the Charlotte metro area.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than past history.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with measurements and basic calculations.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
