Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial repair and installation tasks.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized after every job.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs and answer questions.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring tools and materials are ready for the next call.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- No prior plumbing experience required; we are looking for attitude over experience.
