Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 30-minute response time
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer communication and documentation
- Mentor junior plumbers during peak weekend demand
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license (mandatory)
- 5+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 7AM-7PM)
- Advanced trenchless pipe repair certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's clean record
- Expertise in water heater/boiler installations
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
