Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for weekend projects
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and techniques
- Document service reports and maintain client communication records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Indiana plumbing license
- Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems and fixtures
- Weekend shift availability with weekday flexibility for training
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
