Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, toilets, sinks, and drainage systems.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential plumbing hazards before they become emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly to homeowners and businesses.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and local safety standards.
- Assist senior technicians with complex installations and project management.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a Michigan State Plumbing License or Journeyman license (we can assist with training).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and working in confined spaces.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
