Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Perform hydro jetting, pipe relining, and trenchless repair services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain repairs clearly to homeowners and businesses.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance of company vehicles and tools.
- Handle emergency calls with urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Texas Master Plumber License or Journeyman License.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in copper soldering, PEX piping, and gas line repair.
- Tools: Own or reliable access to a personal tool belt.
