Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Accurately identify plumbing issues and provide effective, long-lasting solutions for residential and commercial clients.
- Installation: Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, and water heaters according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explain technical issues in plain language, and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Tools & Safety: Maintain and use all necessary hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Route Planning: Efficiently manage your daily route to maximize productivity during the weekend shift.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- License: Valid and current Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Tennessee.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Tools: Own reliable personal tools or demonstrate ability to acquire them.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
