Responsibilities
- Perform Basic Repairs: Assist senior technicians with residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and fixing leaks.
- Pipe Installation: Help with the installation and maintenance of piping systems under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answer questions regarding services, and maintain a tidy work area.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize plumbing tools and equipment to ensure readiness for the next shift.
- Diagnosis Support: Learn to identify common plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and visual inspection.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekdays for training.
- Skills: Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn mindset is essential.
