Responsibilities
- Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to urgent plumbing calls, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts during weekend shifts.
- Installation & Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and install new piping, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, toilets, sinks).
- Diagnosis: Accurately identify and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues to provide effective solutions.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining repairs clearly and maintaining a clean work area.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations while on the job.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize your personal toolset to ensure efficiency on every job.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Plumber License required (Apprentices considered with significant experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Tools: Own basic plumbing tools (wrenches, augers, etc.) or ability to acquire them.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
