Responsibilities

- Perform emergency weekend service calls for burst pipes/clogs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and building codes
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient routing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in NY/VA (or reciprocity state)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with plumbing diagnostic tools
- Background check and drug screening required
