Responsibilities
- Perform Repairs: Diagnose and fix residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe repairs.
- Install Fixtures: Install, repair, or replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explaining issues clearly and providing upfront pricing estimates.
- Tools & Safety: Utilize hand and power tools correctly, adhering to all safety protocols and local building codes.
- Travel: Travel to job sites throughout the San Jose area as assigned.
- Weekend Availability: Work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with no conflicts.
Qualifications
- Must-Haves: A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Physical: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Prior plumbing experience is a plus, but no experience is required for motivated candidates.
