Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and pipe repair.
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform preventative maintenance on customer systems.
- Ensure all work is completed according to local building codes and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Manage job site cleanliness and ensure all tools are returned after each shift.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize and manage daily work orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight spaces.
- Willingness to learn and obtain required plumbing licenses/certifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
