Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with prompt response times
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and transparent communication
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
