Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, fixture installation, and pipe repair.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local Austin building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of diagnoses and pricing.
- Respond to emergency calls and weekend service requests with urgency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call as required.
