Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Perform emergency weekend service calls promptly and professionally, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and bathroom fixtures.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and provide detailed estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site, ensuring a professional image for our brand.
- Interact with customers to explain repairs and answer questions, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
- Document all work orders accurately using our mobile management software.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Indiana or Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or set schedule.
- Skills: Proficiency in copper, PEX, and PVC pipe fitting; knowledge of water filtration systems.
- Tools: Reliable personal tool set and own reliable transportation.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
