Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Quickly identify and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures in residential and commercial settings.
- Installation: Install and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems efficiently.
- Weekend Availability: Work Saturdays and Sundays as required to meet high demand and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Tools & Safety: Maintain tools in good condition and adhere to all local safety and building codes.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients, provide estimates, and ensure a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends consistently.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, crawl spaces, or at heights.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read blueprints.
