Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend shift teams while maintaining strict quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers to meet weekend installation deadlines
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with weekend shift scheduling flexibility
- Advanced knowledge of NEC codes and AZ regulations
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
