Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, drains, and pipe networks
- Install new plumbing fixtures and equipment per building codes and safety standards
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls with 24-hour on-call rotation
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on commercial plumbing systems
- Estimate project costs and provide detailed quotes to clients
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials in service vehicles
- Document all service reports and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas State Plumbing License (Journeyman level or higher)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Expert knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
