Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Execute weekend emergency service calls with rapid response times and professional execution
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Collaborate with project managers on weekend installations and renovation projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of plumbing materials
- Deliver exceptional customer communication and transparent pricing
- Perform preventative maintenance checks for high-value client properties
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (or reciprocal state license)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on plumbing experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in residential, commercial, and emergency plumbing scenarios
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and leak detection systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing system failures
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proven customer service excellence and technical documentation abilities
